CAN A PERSON FILE FOR A DIVORCE ONLINE?
No, there is no provision for online application for divorce. You have to file the divorce petition in the district family court where:
a) your marrriage ceremony took place, or
b) you last resided with your spouse, or
c) your spouse is residing at the time of filing for divorce.
There is no provision for online divorce in India.
