1-  Lead the Legal department with a holistic view of business, actively participating in acquisitions of companies and industrial facilities, as well as in national and international financial operations. 

2- Planning, controlling and directing activities in the areas of civil, environmental, contractual, tax, corporate and compliance law, in order to meet the requirements of management, the board, advisory committees and internal areas. ⋅

3- Managing the legal area by structuring and implementing policies and processes, as well as constantly identifying points for improvement, acting preventively with a focus on controlling liabilities and reducing risk. ⋅ Acting on the operation's strategy with assertiveness, persuasiveness and agility in decision-making, in line with the planning bases and the company's growth and profitability objectives.
