I began my career as a Legal Advisor in 2021, working in the esteemed office of Mr. N.R. Gopalan, a renowned expert in property law. During my tenure, I drafted legal opinions for over 20 individuals, corporations, and institutions. I provided assistance in matters of rental disputes, property registration, and property claims. Additionally, I guided more than 10 clients through the property registration process in Chennai and Thiruvalluvar.

 

In 2023, I took the step to establish my own office as an individual Legal Advisor. My current focus includes drafting legal opinions related to civil law, legal notices, plaints and written statements, memos, writ petitions, and various petitions related to civil and family law. I also specialize in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, memoranda of understanding, powers of attorney, sale deeds, lease agreements, partnership agreements, trust deeds, loan agreements, mortgage agreements, leave and license agreements, agreements to sell, and website contracts for start-ups.

 

In June 2024, I successfully completed a diploma course from Lawsikho on "How to use AI to grow your legal practice" with an A+ grade, enhancing my expertise and modernizing my approach to legal practice.

 

As a Freelance Academic Writer, I have completed over 7 projects for clients in the US, Australia, and India since January 2024, encompassing both legal and academic domains. My diverse experience and dedication ensure that I provide comprehensive and effective legal and academic services.
